- Enquiry form: name, organisation, mobile number, email address (optional), service required, and your requirement.
- Job seeker registration: name and mobile number (required), and, only if you choose to provide them, father's name, date of birth, gender, marital status, category, Aadhaar number, PAN, passport size photograph, email address, address, state, reference details, Rojgaar Sangam ID and password, languages known, qualification and academic details, preferred job category, work experience and salary details, and bank account details. Every item other than name and mobile number is optional.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To contact job seekers about suitable job openings and to share profiles with prospective employers or clients for that purpose.
- To meet legal, accounting and compliance obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a cloud database service. Access is limited to authorised persons of our company.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers when a page loads.
6. Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

2. Consultancy and other services
Fees for GeM consultancy, HR consulting, payroll and compliance services, and manpower supply are set out in the written agreement, work order or proposal for each engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by that document.
3. Payments made in error
If you believe a payment was made in error or charged twice, please contact us with the payment details and we will review it and correct it where the claim is valid.
4. How to request a refund
